My son has a great experience today at Dr Michelle. The hygienist was SO beyond good with him and able to make him comfortable and "speak kid" language to relate to him. He was at ease and not scared at all. The first visit, I had to sit on the chair with him during the entire visit and this time, it was night and day. He was extra proud to show them how much he's been actively taking care of his teeth and loved the gadgets and cool toothbrush gift after the cleaning too. The office is super modern, clean, cool colors, and make dentist visits easy and very fun. There is rarely a wait time and the staff is extremely friendly!

This was our second visit to Dr. Hagpanah. She's amazing! She demonstrates what she will do to your child before she actually does it and makes sure they understand/know what to anticipate, so they aren't scared. We saw her once before after my daughter face-planted on cement and had loosened her front tooth. And she was very knowledgeable about what the future risks might be. My daughter enjoyed this past visit so much that she asked to go back!

I was nervous about taking my 2 year old son to the Dentist for his first appointment. Little Bytes is awesome! The office is clean, colorful and very kid friendly. Dentist Michelle is GREAT and helped my son to feel very comfortable. He wasn't scared, didn't cry and didn't bite anyone. I would refer anyone with kids to them. As usual the entire Little Bytes staff went above and beyond my expectations. I was greeted by the friendly efficient staff that had my little guy in the chair in under 5 min wait time. They new my child, me, my child’s history, and had verified all benefits with my insurance by the time I walked in! The very child focused practice should be used as an example of how “real” Healthcare should treat their patients! Dr. H took her time, knew every detail of my child and his teeth (this was only his 3rd time in the office), answered all my questions thoroughly, and even took the time to research a toothpaste I asked her about! Who does that?! I love the entire staff and fully respect the special child bond that Dr. H provides each of her patients. She is a top tier dentist with patience, care, skill, and very understanding. I just wish she could be my dentist!

We recently joined Dr. Michelle's practice as patients and so far we are very pleased. The great thing about pediatric dentists is that their office is specifically tailored to kids with books, toys, and of course, movies to keep them entertained during their dental exam etc. But most importantly, the care and the service at this practice is seemingly phenomenal. We went in for a new patient visit/routine cleaning and before they did x-rays and before they removed my daughter's spacer, the office staff ran insurance authorization and had us sign a paper indicating that there was going to be zero copay/expense for the actions charged. We very much appreciated this small but important detail. Dr. Michelle went over the xrays with us in real time and showed us what to expect for the years to come. Finally, after our appointment, my daughter said "I really like Dr. Michelle and the way she talks. She's really nice."

Recently took our daughter to her first ever dentist appointment, she's 2. We picked Little Bytes because of the reviews online and it did not disappoint. Dr. Michelle was so great with our daughter that when we got in the car to go home she said "that was fun." Dr. Michelle explained everything she was doing before she did it. She showed all her tools to our daughter before she used them.  Our daughter got to pick out her bib color and cool sunglasses in the chair while watching Moana. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Trying new things with our girl isn't easy but this was a breeze for her. Little Bytes is the best!

I highly recommend this office and physician. The staff was very sweet, efficient, and understood my dental plan better than I did. Dr. Michelle was unbelievable with my little one making sure he was not fearful in the slightest. She made sure that my son knew how everything would feel and what the next steps were going to be. When X-rays were necessary the staff took extra precautions for ensuring that there was as little radiation to my son including a shielded hat! They were patient even when my son couldn't understand how to bite down on the "wings" for the x-ray. I can't say enough about how wonderful this office truly is with our family.

Hands down the best pediatric dentist and office team we've experienced! I highly recommend Dr Michelle -- my daughter walked out of the office saying "I love this dentist!" which is priceless when you want your child to have positive dental experiences at a young age.Top notch office team and modern registration process. We visited Dr. Michelle and her team today for the first time.  Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  My girls (ages 4 and 6) enjoyed their cleaning and talked about our visit all evening--replaying every detail. Dr. Michelle took the time to get to know my daughters and their habits and provided great suggestions for combating thumb-sucking and nail biting.  The women at the front desk were very helpful in understanding my insurance coverage and in scheduling future visits. The office itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable.  Plenty of parking out back.  The girls are asking when they get to go back...that's a good sign if you ask me!  Too bad I'm too old for a pediatric dentist myself...

After attempting several dental practices for my 8 year old son Buster in the Bay Area, I have finally struck gold.  Previously he had been notorious for causing episodes that the parents around me must have assumed he was getting a limb amputated.  With Dr. Michelle, you would have thought the dentist was his favorite place to be in the world.  I don't know if she is a dentist or a miracle worker, but I was beyond shocked with my child's pristine behavior under her care.  Maybe it was her warm and welcoming demeanor, or perhaps it was the Netflix to distract my son as his teeth were polished.  Regardless I will most certainly be returning and referring everyone I know with children to this practice.  Thank you doctor for helping Buster conquer his fear of the dentist and for making this world a better place!

I can't say enough about Dr. Michelle and her staff. Everyone is warm, friendly and courteous and we never have to wait past the time of our appointment. The office is bright, colorful and airy. Best of all, my twin 5-year-olds *love* going for their checkups. She has an amazing "bedside manner"--so much so that after our first visit my son (4 years old at the time) said to me, "Mommy...we never have to see another dentist again. I LOVE Dr. Michelle!" I'm not the type of person who actively promotes businesses, but I go out of my way to tell friends about Little Bytes. I promise you--you'll become a fan like we have!

I'm glad we went here for my son's first visit. Last year, I had to cancel his appointment at another dental practice because he didn't want to walk inside. But thankfully this place was so child friendly with lots of toys. We truly enjoyed every minute before during and after visit. When they were finished, they were able to get cute toys to play with in the car, so definitely a great place for little ones that are on the shy side. He is actually looking forward to his next visit. Location: On Middlefield, the nicely fenced dental practice. Lots of parking spots on lot and street. Office and staff: Nicole was friendly and willing to help. Beautifully decorated and bright space so it is very welcoming!Dentist: Doctor was super sweet and has her own little ones so she knows how to handle kids first hand in office and at home. A big plus for us! She also spoke so softly to my kids so that they feel comfortable with her immediately. Then she was welcoming any questions I had. So I asked a couple regarding Fluoride. She didn't seem pushy and gave me enough info on what to watch out for. I hope the quality of the practice remains high. Highly recommended!

My 7-year old daughter excitedly jumped out of bed this morning when I reminded her she had a dentist appointment - even though she was scheduled to get a cavity filled, she couldn't wait to go and show Dr. Michelle her new loose tooth! Both of my children truly enjoy going to the dentist and seeing all the friendly folks who work there. Even though my daughter has been very apprehensive about the dentist based on a bad experience with a previous dentist, Dr. Michelle uses many clear, friendly methods to do the procedures in a way that makes my daughter comfortable. She is also very responsive to parent questions and ideas and will follow the parent's lead in her approach, whether it's gentle or silly or very slow-paced. We are so very happy to have found Little Bytes!

We just started going to Little Bytes Dental and this is by far the best pediatric dentist office I have ever taken my kids to. I have 4 kids age ranges from 16 to 7 years old and they are always able to get all of my kids appointments together and done quickly. The location is awesome, the office is super clean and the staff are so friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of this practice. OMG, I love this business so much. Do you know when you're reviewing a business and you desperately want to be able to give more than five stars? That's me right now.I am completely flabbergasted and wholly impressed by this incredible business. First, scheduling my first appointment (for my sweet little 16-month-old who was cutting her 2-year molars): so easy. Did it all online. Received text confirmation. Received appropriate number (and well-timed) text reminders. Never had to talk to anybody which is a huge win when you have an active toddler! Scheduling and arriving at first appointment: 4,000 stars! So easy and efficient.Next up, the facility itself. Totally gorgeous. I mean jaw-dropping awesomeness. Beautiful beautiful facility. All extremely well-appointed. Colorful, child friendly. Great waiting room! Helpful, friendly receptionist. 4,000 stars.And then the most important part of all: the dentist herself. Dr. Michelle was incredible. She was so gentle and kind and patient with my daughter and never made us feel rushed or wrong or anything like that. To the contrary she exhibited a high degree of respect for my little kiddo which is completely important to me. This is the most important part of the entire experience and Dr. Michelle absolutely hit it out of the park. My daughter is just a little kiddo and so was fearful and upset and the doctor handled it with such grace and kindness and got the job done! Holy moly what an amazing experience.Run don't walk to schedule your appointment with Little Bytes!! You and your kid(s) will be so glad you did. Dr. Michelle and her team at Little Bytes have made the entire experience of going to the dentist a truly wonderful one! This was my daughters first trip, so we did a lot of research before and felt reassured with all the exceptional feedback online. Little Bytes and Dr. Michelle met and exceeded all the reviews: the space is welcoming, clean, bright and kid friendly, staff is kind and efficient, and Dr. Michelle is an incredible dentist. She put my daughter (and us!) at ease with her warmth and thoughtful approach. My daughter got to wear cool sunglasses and watch one of her favorite shows during her check-up and cleaning, which was a hit. Dr. Michelle thoroughly explained everything she was going to do by showing the tools and how they work on my daughters hand first - she was playful and professional and after the appointment our daughter got to choose a toy (again, huge hit!) We just moved to the US from Sweden. Seeing a dentist for the first time in a foreign language needed to be a positive experience. We decided to take our daughter to a clinic that specializes in pediatric dentistry. Little Bytes is very kid friendly, the equipment is top notch. The place is super clean and has fun interiors. Our experience at Little Bytes couldn't have been better. From the onset booking the appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. Dr. Michelle was very welcoming and friendly and our daughter was at ease from the beginning. This was her 1st dentist appointment and Dr. Michelle and her staff made her feel comfortable and at no point was she scared. The office is clean, warm & inviting and the lobby has toys, books & movies to entertain parents & kids. Additionally, Little Bytes has wonderful technology which helps schedule your appointment, remind you, and check up after the visit. We have 5-year-old twins. Having moved a bit, we've seen several different dentists over the years. I can say without the slightest hesitation that Dr. Michelle at Little Bytes is the best dentist we've had the pleasure of seeing. The offices are colorful, cheerful and flooded with light. Little Bytes' staff was extremely welcoming and immediately put my children at ease. Dr. Michelle even let each child be a "helper" while the other was getting a check-up. Just as importantly, she took considerable time with us. We never felt rushed and she patiently answered all of our questions. Honestly, I've never written a review for a health professional before, but based on our amazing experiences at Little Bytes, I felt compelled to post a review. After our very first visit, my son turned to me and said, "Mommy, we don't have to go to another dentist ever again. I really like it here." Enough said.

I hesitate to write this review because it might be hard to make an appt after such praise but it seems unethical to keep such a wonderful dentist to ourselves. We had an excellent experience at Little Bytes today. * Professional front-desk staff. Easy to make an appt. * Can fill out all the forms online beforehand. Saved us a lot of time.* Dr. Michelle is very friendly and clearly experienced with little ones. She was gentle, fun, and kept my one-year old entertained while she checked his mouth - no easy feat. She was clear, realistic, honest, uncritical, kind and gave helpful advice (I was honest about nursing my little one to sleep and not brushing after).*The office is bright, clean, & welcoming, with great toys (to keep the children happy (mine loved the train set & peg-lights).
